in Elementary Special Education
- Special Educator in DC schools for over a decade
- Special Education Coordinator for the last 4 years
- Teacher mom to a fun and bright 4 year old
- Wilson certified (Orton-Gillingham based)
- Former MS math teacher
- Recipient of the Griffin Award at CCPCS for having the highest rate of student growth on NWEA MAP for reading and math in 2016.
- Recipient of the Character, Excellence, Service Award at CCPCS in 2017.
